China reads on BBC

The BBC had a bunch of articles about China this week including one about the Soong sisters whose spouses were Sun Yat-sen and Chiang Kai-shek, another on Kublai Khan, the Mongol who ruled China and founded the Yuan Dynasty, and a fond look at Chinese train rides as a great example of the change in that country. Finally, good old Martin Jacques, and I mean this in a non-ironic way having been able to interview him about his well-known book, writes on how to make sense of China.
